2. Estimates and Quotes
All free estimates provided are based on our initial visual assessment of your property. Final pricing may change if we discover unexpected underground conditions, if material costs fluctuate significantly, or if you request additional work after the project starts. We will always discuss and approve any price changes with you before proceeding.
3. Site Preparation and Access
We require clear and safe access to the work area. As the property owner, you are responsible for removing personal items, vehicles, patio furniture, and temporary structures from the site before our crew begins the groundwork.
4. Permits and Approvals
While we are happy to guide you through the process, the property owner is ultimately responsible for securing any necessary municipal building permits or neighborhood approvals required for the construction in Cambridge or your specific municipality, unless we explicitly agree otherwise in writing.
5. Warranties
We proudly stand behind our concrete and excavation work. We provide a limited warranty against major structural defects caused directly by our workmanship. This warranty does not cover natural wear and tear, damage from harsh chemical deicers, or standard hairline cracks caused by natural ground shifting and the Canadian freeze and thaw cycles.
6. Intellectual Property
All text, project images, and designs on this website are owned by Regal Design & Construction Inc. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our website materials for commercial purposes without our direct written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Regal Design & Construction Inc. is not liable for any indirect or accidental damages that occur while using our website or after our services are completed, beyond the scope of our standard workmanship warranty.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
